Class Action and Impact Litigation

Individual Representation

We partner with employers in a pragmatic and cost effective manner to help manage their day to day employee and labor relations and help them avoid costly litigation. When litigation cannot be avoided, we provide full-service representation in administrative proceedings, mediation and arbitration, and trials and appeals. We represent employers in a wide variety of litigation in the state and federal courts, and matters before the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”).
